What was the highlight of Reisnger Hostel

Good

Friendly staff in a quiet nice neighborhood close to Pao de Azucar. The place was nice and quaint. Bedrooms were decent with a fan.

The bathroom facility was nice but not the cleanest. Also the bedrooms were not very comfortable. The beds were not the best and the room was VERY hot, especially without air conditioning. It also smelled not very good in the bedroom.

Old building, nice outside, dirty inside.

It was all very dirty, the lobby, the rooms, the corridors, the kitchen, the toilet.

Good location, friendly owner and personel. The property is not suitable for non-smokers.

Owner and staff was super nice. It is was in good neighbourhood. No breakfast at the property, but a good places to eat are nearby. Bed linen clean, bathroom OK. I finally paid less than I was expecting.

Smell of the cigarette is just ubiquitous, and all the property (by the eye of a European) was not exactly tidy.

Acolhimento e cuidado

Quando reservei o hostel, não imaginei que seria tão bem recebida. Os donos da casa foram muito gentis e atenciosos, dando todas as informações sobre a cidade e contando também um pouco sobre a sua história. Me senti como se estivesse em casa! A localização do hostel também é espetacular, bem ao pé do morro da urca.

A simpatia dos donos não ameniza a situação de sujeira e abandono que o hostel se encontra.

Muito sujo. Muito velho. Cheiro de mofo. Lençóis furados. Colchões e travesseiros extremamente velhos. Paredes e teto descascando, piso saindo. Um banheiro só pra todos os hóspedes, que podem ser até 12, e algumas vezes sem papel higiênico. Cozinha imunda e sem espaço para guardar coisas. Muitos objetos velhos acumulados pela casa.

Não esperava que a Booking.com desconhecesse tão péssimo estabelecimento.

Gostei de saber que esse é um estabelecimento que não se deve recomendar. O Booking.com deveria prezar por sua pagina e retirar tal estabelecimento de sua lista.

Não gostei de nada com relação ao estabelecimento isso está incluso ao atendimento. Não corresponde ao divulgado. O Estabelecimento está jogado à sujeira, ao descuido; seus donos não sabem o que tem nas mãos; estão jogando fora um dos melhores ponto turísticos do Rio de Janeiro. Considero um afronta alguém se dizer dono de um Hosthel, mantendo o estabelecimento naquelas condições. Eu já estive em alojamentos no meio da selva amazônica com mais conforto do que este estabelecimento diz oferecer. Estando em um dos melhores pontos turístico, do lado do Pão de Açúcar, a uma quadra da praia Vermelha, com restaurantes, agências bancárias e outras comodidades da Urca, bem próximos, era de esperar que os Donos se dignassem e prezar pelo estabelecimento. Não possuem a mínima qualificação para se dizerem representantes de um estabelecimento que hospedem pessoas. Se for descrever em detalhes tudo o que os desqualificam, precisaria de um relatório longo. Pra finalizar, minha vontade nos 5 primeiros minutos, foi de dar meia volta e procurar outro estabelecimento, mas resolvi conferi pra ser útil ao Booking.com em sua avaliação e que na minha opinião retiraria de sua pagina essa sugestão. Ninguém merece conhecer tal casa.

Compensou muito!

Gostei da recepção dos donos, chuveiro de água quente, ventilador bem fresquinho e principalmente da localização.

Não gostei muito do baixo número de tomadas na quarto. Contudo, fico feliz de ter resolvido o problema com uma extensão que já estava no quarto. (A tomada ficava mais perto do chão e eu estava na beliche de cima)

Acomodação barata para viagens curtas

A localização é perfeita! A Urca é um bairro da zona sul anexo ao Rio que goza de uma segurança difícil de ser encontrada nos demais bairros. O hostel fica localizado em frente a um ponto de ônibus por onde passam linhas para o centro, metrô de Botafogo e para outros bairros da zona sul como Copabacana e Ipanema. Também fica próximo ao shopping Rio Sul, a um comércio local onde se encontra mercado, padaria e os barzinhos da mureta da Urca, bem como das praias Vermelha e da Urca. Também há um ponto de aluguel de bicicletas bem pertinho. Além da localização, outro ponto positivo é a hospitalidade dos donos do local. Claudia e André foram bastante simpáticos e me acolheram muito bem, além de permitir usar a cozinha. Conversamos bastante no período em que estive lá! A limpeza do (unico) banheiro também é outro ponto que merece ser bem avaliado. Achei que o preço cobrado foi justo, considerando o espaço e o fato de que a reserva foi feita em cima da hora para o réveillon.

Acredito que a limpeza dos quartos e a organização do espaço como um todo poderiam ser melhores, o que poderia ser resolvido com a contratação de uma diarista no período de pico. A ventilação é feita basicamente por ventiladores, o que, no calor do verao carioca, sobretudo se voce ficar nas camas de baixo das beliches, nao da vazão. Além disso, o fato de ter apenas um único banheiro também foi um ponto negativo, mas isto é inerente à estrutura residencial do espaço, o que é perfeitamente compreensível.
